Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location (US/UK/EU). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email once your order ships (within 1-3 days). You can use our Track Order page to see real-time updates.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly for remote regions.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags. Please note that return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damage at info@vextoris.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return it once received.

Product & Warranty

Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes, we provide a warranty against manufacturing defects. However, damages caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper handling are not covered.
