What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags. Please note that return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the damage at info@vextoris.com. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return it once received.
